Right of withdrawal and returns in our webshop
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase for up to 14 days from receipt of the item. The item being returned must be unused and in new condition.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must proceed as follows:
1. Inform us by sending an email to order@greenheads.se Always provide your full name and the order number you received in the order confirmation.
2. The customer receives confirmation of the cancelled purchase via e-mail. If the item has not been packaged, the case is now closed and the customer will receive the purchase price back as soon as possible, but no later than within thirty days. In cases where the item has already been packaged, the item must be returned. The customer will then receive a case number for the return process and proceed according to the instructions below.
3. The customer returns the goods to Green Heads at the address:
Green Heads, Östgötagatan 81, 116 64 Stockholm
The order number must always be attached to the shipment.
The customer is responsible for packaging the shipment well so that the item is in new condition when it arrives to us.
The item should always be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been used, significantly altered or otherwise modified. For sanitary reasons, opened makeup, skin care and hygiene products cannot be returned.
4. When Green Heads has approved that the goods are in substantially unchanged condition, the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days.
Complaints
In the event of a defect in the delivered product, the customer must promptly notify us via email at the address: order@greenheads.se
Describe the error in as much detail as possible and provide your full name and the order number you received in the order confirmation.
Wait for a response from Green Heads and then return the item using the enclosed return form or to:
Green Heads, Östgötagatan 81, 116 64 Stockholm
If the complaint is approved, we will send a new item as quickly as possible.
Green Heads is of course responsible for all shipping costs in the event of a complaint. Remember to save the receipt when returning items in the event of a complaint.
Disputes
In the event of any disputes, Green Heads follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints.
Handling of personal data
We process all personal data you provide in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Other
We reserve the right to make typos and adjustments in prices and assortment due to changes at our suppliers.
