Below you will find our terms and conditions of purchase, first those that apply when purchasing in our webshop and after them those that apply when purchasing treatment and/or product at one of our salons.
These terms and conditions apply when you as a customer purchase products in our webshop.
Generally
To order on greenheads.se or book a treatment at one of our salons, you must be 18 years of age or have parental consent. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, final sales and delivery delays. Your privacy is very important to us and we handle your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Green Heads Webshop is operated by Green Heads Sweden AB with corporate registration number 559148-8845. When ordering in the webshop, the customer enters into an agreement with Green Heads Sweden AB and accepts the terms and conditions of purchase in their entirety as set out below.
Order confirmation
For approved orders, the customer will receive an e-mail that serves as an order confirmation. If you as a customer have not received a confirmation within 30 minutes of ordering, contact us at kundservice@greenheads.se and we will resend the confirmation.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include Swedish VAT.
Payment
In our webshop we offer the following payment options:
- Direct payment by card via Shoppay - With direct payment, you pay at the checkout using BankID. The money is deducted directly from your account.
- Payment via Klarna directly, on invoice or in installments. Read Klarna's payment terms.
- Swish payment via Quickpay. With Swish you pay directly at the checkout with the Swish app and BankID on your mobile phone. The money is deducted directly from your connected bank account.
- Applepay and Googlepay for those of you who have that setup
All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Delivery and shipping
For orders in Sweden - Deliveries are made via PostNord and sent to your nearest agent or PostNord parcel box.
We ship your package on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For orders placed before 12:00, the goods are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. Exceptions apply to promotions, weekends and public holidays. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address, email and mobile number provided to us at the time of ordering are correct. We reserve the right to make any changes to the delivery process that are beyond our control.
When the shipment is submitted for shipping, the customer is informed via SMS and/or email.
If Green Heads receives a return shipment due to the customer providing an incorrect address or not collecting the shipment from the agent, the customer will be informed via email and charged a cost of SEK 150. If the customer wishes to have the uncollected order reshipped, a new shipping cost of SEK 59 will be charged.
Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase for up to 14 days from receipt of the item. The item being returned must be unused and in new condition.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must proceed as follows:
- Inform us by sending an email to kundservice@greenheads.se Always provide your full name and the order number you received in the order confirmation.
- The customer will receive confirmation of the cancelled purchase via email. If the item has not been packaged, the case is now closed and the customer will receive the purchase price back as soon as possible, but no later than within thirty days. In cases where the item has already been packaged, the item must be returned. The customer will then receive a case number for the return process and proceed according to the instructions below.
- The customer returns the goods to Green Heads at the address:

The order number must always be attached to the shipment.
The customer is responsible for packaging the shipment well so that the item is in new condition when it arrives to us.
The item must always be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been used, significantly altered or otherwise modified. For sanitary reasons, opened makeup, skin care and hygiene products cannot be returned.
- When Green Heads has approved that the item is in substantially unchanged condition, the purchase price will be refunded minus a deduction of SEK 150 for the additional costs in the form of shipping and handling that the return has entailed. The refund will be made no later than within 30 days.
Complaints
In the event of a defect in the delivered product, the customer must promptly notify us by e-mail at the following address: kundservice@greenheads.se. Describe the defect in as much detail as possible and state your full name and the order number that you received in the order confirmation. Wait for a response from Green Heads and then return the product with the return slip sent to Green Heads, Rodervägen 10 178 51 Ekerö.
If a complaint is approved, we will send a new item as quickly as possible. Green Heads is of course responsible for all shipping costs in the event of a complaint.
Gift card
We offer the purchase of two different types of gift cards in our webshop, gift cards that can be used at our salons and gift cards for purchases in our webshop, greenheads.se.
Gift cards for salon visits are sent by post in an envelope with a delivery time of 1-3 weekdays. Exceptions apply to weekends and public holidays. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address, email and mobile number provided to us at the time of ordering are correct. We reserve the right to cancel deliveries that are beyond our control. Gift cards are valid for 1 year. If you would like us to send the gift card directly to the person who will receive it, please email that information to kundservice@greenheads,se immediately after purchase at checkout and we will resolve it.
Webshop gifts are sent electronically via email. Gift cards on greenheads.se can only be used to pay for goods in our webshop within the validity period (two years from the date of purchase). Please note that the gift card amount is only deducted from the value of the goods and not any shipping or invoice fees. Any discounts do not apply when purchasing a gift card unless specified. The gift card cannot be replaced with cash, but the right of withdrawal applies. We do not compensate for a lost gift card or incorrect delivery due to you as a customer providing incorrect address information. The gift card is not linked to a specific person.
Disputes
In the event of any disputes, Green Heads follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints.
Handling of personal data
We process all personal data you provide in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

We reserve the right to make typos and adjustments in prices and assortment due to changes at our suppliers.

Order confirmation
For approved bookings, the customer will receive an email that serves as a booking confirmation. If you as a customer have not received a confirmation by email within 30 minutes of booking, please contact us at kundservice@greenheads.se and we will resend the confirmation.
Prices
All prices are in Swedish kronor and include Swedish VAT. We reserve the right to make price adjustments and final sales.
Payment
At our salons you can pay with Visa/Mastercard, gift cards or Swish. We do not offer invoicing for our treatments at the salon.
Cancellation of hairdresser appointment
If you have booked an appointment with us and are unable to attend, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointment not cancelled will be charged 80%. If we receive another booking for the cancelled appointment, we will not charge at all or only the excess amount if it is a shorter treatment booked.
We send these invoices by email the day after the booked treatment time.
You can cancel your booked appointment in several different ways,
- Log in to your account in our booking portal Voady, https://bokning.voady.se/greenheads/ , go to your profile, click on the booking in question and press cancel.
- In the confirmation email that was sent to your email upon booking, there is a button for cancellation.
- Email the salon you have booked an appointment with, we will respond on weekdays within 24 hours. For the salon in Birkastan birka@greenheads.se , for the salon in Östermalm ostermalm@greenheads.se , for the salon in Södermalm sofo@greenheads.se
- Call us at 08/40807022 - select the salon to which the booking applies by pressing the button.
Complaints about treatment at the salon
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your treatment with us, you are welcome to come back and we will do our best to help you again. However, we would like you to contact us no later than 14 days after your visit with us.
Complaints about products purchased at a salon
In the event of a defect in a purchased product, the customer must promptly notify the salon where the purchase was made via email, for the salon in Birkastan birka@greenheads.se , for the salon in Östermalm ostermalm@greenheads.se , for the salon in Södermalm sofo@greenheads.se
Disputes
In the event of any disputes, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints.
