Return and Refund Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The returned item must be unused and in new condition.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow the steps below:

1. Notify us by email at kundservice@greenheads.se. Always include your full name and the order number found in your order confirmation.

2. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your purchase.

   • If the item has not yet been packaged, the case is closed at this stage and the purchase amount will be refunded promptly, no later than within 30 days.

   • If the item has already been packaged, it must be returned. You will then receive a case number for the return process and follow the instructions below.

3. Return the item to the following address:

Be sure to include your order number in the shipment.
The customer is responsible for packaging the return securely so that the item arrives in new condition.
The item must be returned in its undamaged original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been used, significantly altered, or otherwise modified. For sanitary reasons, opened cosmetic, skincare, and hygiene products cannot be returned.

1. Once Green Heads has confirmed that the item is in substantially unchanged condition, the purchase amount will be refunded minus a deduction of SEK 150 to cover additional shipping and handling costs related to the return.
   Refunds are issued no later than 30 days after approval.
