Shipping Policy

For orders within Sweden – Deliveries are handled by PostNord and sent to your nearest service point or PostNord parcel locker.

We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For orders placed before 12:00 (noon), delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. Exceptions may apply during promotional periods, weekends, and public holidays.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address, email, and mobile number provided at the time of ordering are correct. We reserve the right to delays in delivery that are beyond our control.

Once the package has been handed over to PostNord, you will be notified via SMS and/or email.

If a shipment is returned to Green Heads due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is not collected from the delivery point, the customer will be notified via email and charged a fee of SEK 150.
If the customer wishes to have the uncollected order resent, a new shipping fee of SEK 59 will be charged.
