French Kure Bazaar was started by former model Kartika Luyet, who became concerned about the ingredients in traditional nail polish during her pregnancy. Her vision was to create an organic alternative that didn't compromise on quality or fashion.
The result was Kure Bazaar – a nail polish with 85 percent natural ingredients. The chemicals have been replaced as much as possible with ingredients such as wheat, cotton, corn and potatoes. The products are completely free of toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalates (DBP) and synthetic camphor.
In 2013, Kure Bazaar was awarded the Elles International Beauty Awards and has since been praised in fashion and beauty magazines worldwide.
The founder himself uses the term Eco-Trendy to describe his revolutionary nail polish. And perhaps it is precisely the combination of high trend factor and ecological thinking that has made the products so popular.
Kure Bazaar is durable, dries quickly and has a lovely shine. The more than fifty colors are inspired by fashion, street life and the many trips that Kartika Luyet takes each year.
